Please complete all required fields below. This is only a request to place your membership on hold.
In order for your request to be completed, your account must be in good standing with no outstanding balance.
You can verify if your request has been completed by logging into your Club Automation memberhship account.
Notes:
- Holds cannot be prorated and are limited to a minimum interval of 1 month
- Members may hold their membership up to a total of 3 months per calendar year
- Holds can only be taken in advance and cannot be retroactive
