Statement of Research and Eligibility Screening

The following survey is part of a research study. The purpose of this study is to idenitfy barriers to and facilitators of effective communication between providers and adult patients with communication difficulties due to autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual and developmental disorders. The study includes a short survey that should take no more than 20 minutes.

As a healthcare provider, your decision to participate in this study, as well as any informatiion you provide, will not be shared with your employer.

We hope that the information gained from this study will help in the information of implementation strategies to improve communication with this patient population.
