Scientific Editing Service Program |
The Office of Research Development has partnered with a beneficial program known as the Scientific Editing Service Program. This program is specifically designed for Assistant and Associate Professors submitting NIH R-series proposals or equivalent. The program's primary goal is to provide researchers with top-notch assistance in strengthening and clarifying their proposals. It focuses on improving the quality of scientific communication by conducting clear, thoughtful, developmental editing, and engaging writing. The program ensures that your ideas are presented as clearly as possible to your readers, thereby increasing the likelihood of your proposals receiving a high score.
As a participant in this pilot program, you will be asked to complete a survey regarding this service and, after NIH scientific review, provide your score and summary statements.
