MUSC Physical Therapy Reservation Request

We are requesting reservations for our clinical practium experiences.

Once you have completed and submitted the online form, you will be directed to a thank you page with a summary of the practicum dates and the opportunity to download and/or email the information to yourself.

Below are the 2024 dates for each practicum.

CP 4 - Jan 29 - Apr 19, 2024 (12 weeks) all areas of practice.
CP 1 - Aug 12 - Oct 4, 2024 (8 weeks) OP Ortho only.
CP 2 - Aug 19 - Oct 25, 2024 (10 weeks) all areas of practice.
CP 3 - Nov 4, 2023 - Jan 17, 2025 (10 weeks) all areas of practice.
