Athlete Reboot |
Athlete Reboot is geared towards individuals who are current or former athletes. Whether you played recreationally, collegiate/high school, or professionally, this fitness program is for you! This program is designed to push you to your max, training to build on or maintain your physical stamina or athletic physique.
The Program will take place on Wednesdays/Fridays from 6:45am-8am. Athlete Reboot will begin September 9th- November 15th. You will have the chance to compete at the end of the program against your fellow athletes in our Athlete Reboot games on November 22nd! You will complete a pre/post physical fitness assessment and body composition scans.
