The health care needs of LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer) women are often unrecognized or poorly understood. We are interested in LGBTQ women's experiences of cervical cancer screening (Pap smear tests). This survey asks questions about Pap smear tests, as well as other topics, such as sexual activity and health care experiences. The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and understanding in these areas. This information will help inform the development of improved services for LGBTQ women. This research is not sponsored by any organization or agency.

To qualify for this study, you must a woman between the age of 21 and 65 who identifies with a sexual orientation other than heterosexual. We are seeking women who have had Pap smear tests and women who have not had Pap smear tests.

This survey is separated into five parts. It should only take you approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Please answer each question on your personal experiences. There are comment sections throughout the survey for you to expand on your answers.

Your completion of this survey is voluntary. Your answers will be confidential and not shared with anyone outside of the research team. At the end of this survey, you will be directed to another website where you can enter your name and email address in to a drawing for a $100 gift card.
